BTI Node and Network Management

The BTI Management Suite provides a modular and scalable management solution for the BTI network. BTI’s Management Suite integrates seamlessly into any operating environment, providing maximum flexibility and ease-of-use.

FLEXIBLE MANAGEMENT

The BTI Network Management Suite provides three flexible deployment options to manage any size network.

The BTI Node Controller (BNC) provides comprehensive nodal management.
An ideal solution for managing smaller networks, the BNC can also be deployed as a nodal manager for on-site and remote craft access in medium and large networks. The BNC provides system provisioning, configuration, fault management, and optical and statistical performance monitoring with a simple, easy to use GUI.

The BTI Network Manager (BNM) provides full network management.
Larger networks can be managed using the BNM. This is a client-server based solution that delivers topology views, inventory control, alarm monitoring, security management, as well as remote configuration of BTI nodes.

The BTI Management Suite is based on standardized protocols for easy integration into other management systems.
For complex networks with 3rd party OSS or EMS systems in place, BTI NETSTENDER™ or 7000 Series systems can be integrated directly via northbound TL-1 and SNMP interfaces.
