BTI Systems Selects Accelink and WTD for Strategic Development Partnership

BTI further strengthens its strategic partnership with two leading optical component suppliers

Ottawa, Canada — Monday, April 27, 2009 // BTI Systems, a global supplier of Intelligent Service Edge systems for the delivery of high-bandwidth, multi-protocol services, has selected leading optical component suppliers Accelink and WTD, group members of FiberHome Technologies Group, as strategic partners.

BTI�s partnership with FiberHome Technologies Group began in 2006 and expanded in August 2008 with the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Wuhan FiberHome Networks Co. Ltd. (FHN) to deliver best-in-class Carrier Ethernet. The partnership with Accelink and WTD expands the relationship to include the supply of optical solutions for the global marketplace.

�The cooperation between Accelink, WTD and BTI Systems will enable BTI to continue to offer cost-effective solutions and provide us with a reliable supply chain,� said Gregory Koss, Chairman and CEO of BTI Systems. �It will also have a significant impact on our penetration of the Asian market.�

The official signing ceremony took place in Wuhan, China and was attended by: Mr. Tong Guo Hua, President and CEO of FiberHome Group and Wuhan Research Institute of Post and Telecommunications (WRI); Mr. Liu Shiuua, CEO of Accelink; Mr. Hu Guangwen, CEO of WTD; and Mr. Gregory Koss, CEO of BTI Systems.
