BSO Networks Solutions Deploys Its Pan-European DWDM Network With BTI Systems
BSO Network Solutions, the leading Next Generation Operator (Network Services, IT Integration and Hosting) has chosen BTI Systems infrastructure and equipment to deliver its Metro and Long-Haul Ethernet services in Europe.

BTI Systems, a leading provider in packet optical solutions for operators and businesses, is supplying BSO Network Solutions with the equipment it needs to interconnect its 28 datacenters in Europe and provide its customers with very high speed Ethernet services. This new partnership also enables BSO Network Solutions to add SDH and Wavelength services off the same platform to its offering.
The multi-protocol, multi-rate ADM capability provided by the BTI Systems 7000 Series has allowed BSO Network Solutions to set up an Ethernet services business activity that is as simple as it is profitable. The optical transport solution provided by BTI Systems allows BSO Network Solutions to deliver any combination of services on a single wavelength while using fewer cards than with conventional optical transport systems. Beyond the ADM-on-blade Muxponders deployed today, the solution offers integrated Layer 2 capabilities that are “plug and play” for future requirements.

A Dense And Secure Pan-European Network
Amongst, its existing IP/MPLS Network which covers more than 50% of the world's Internet Full View and offers its customers IP Transit, VLL - point to point Ethernet, VPLS – multipoint to multipoint Ethernet. BSO Network Solutions can now provide Ethernet over DWDM, Ethernet over SDH, and SDH Circuits all along its dense Pan-European Network. This new partnership with BTI Systems enabled deployment of a private network where equipment can be remotely configured, dispensing with the need to hurry staff to the site. This dense and secure pan European network provides faster and cheaper delivery for customers, and flexible solutions.
BSO Network Solutions owns and operates a Pan-European Nx10Gbit/s network between its four network cores that is already compatible with future 100Gbit/s interfaces. DWDM technology is now used on its North European loop that connects Paris-London-Amsterdam-Frankfurt-Paris.
