A Message From Sally Bament, SVP Global Marketing

We’ve had a busy time since we last connected! At the end of the year, we announced a number of exciting new customer deployments around the world, including Digiweb – Ireland’s leading independent telecommunications company; Epsilon Telecommunications – an international operator and the first announced deployment of BTI’s Dynamic Optical Layer; S.I. Net – Cambodia’s leading service provider; and South Slope, the largest rural independent operating company in Iowa, North America.

We added an intuitive Web-based Service Level Assurance solution (SLA) – the proNX SLA Portal – to our portfolio, enabling wholesale providers to win more business by assuring mobile operators that their subscribers will always have a high-quality experience.

We had plenty of corporate news too, with the opening of our new US Headquarters outside of Boston in Littleton, Massachusetts – including a new customer briefing and demo center. And we were honored to receive the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ of Canadian companies and Fast 500™ in North American Technology.

As we look forward to 2012, we also look forward to working with all of you to deliver solutions aimed at solving the business challenges you face, particularly as a result of the dramatic increase in bandwidth-intensive video and content distribution. In the coming months you will see us at a number of industry events, including IP Possibilities in Indianapolis; CompTel Spring 2012 in San Francisco; as well as Mobile Backhaul Asia in Bangkok, Thailand and CommunicAsia 2012 in Singapore.

As always, we welcome your feedback and will continue to strive to deliver valuable solutions to you - our customers and our business partners.
