BTI Systems Mourns the Passing of Chairman Bob Ferchat

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTI Systems, Bob Ferchat, passed away last week. In message to the staff, President and CEO Steve Waszak summed up the feelings of all of us who had the good fortune to work with and know Mr. Ferchat:

“Bob’s energy inspired us to strive for higher standards in life, his character and integrity served as examples and his care for people and his family set him apart.  Bob was fearless, who simply refused to be stopped in his quest to lead and be of service to all of us. ”

“Bob’s favourite phrase for me was to be a “student of the game,” to know everything of relevance about a subject important to the business, think-thru all angles of a decision and act swiftly to never allow for defeat, particularly when a customer or competitor is involved. We were fortunate to of had an opportunity to know him. God bless you Bob.”
